At haus®, we want you to love your living space. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your home, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original haus® protective packaging to ensure they arrive at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
