As the name suggests, these timeless and hardy tables were originally designed to complement the outdoor terrace of the Royal Festival Hall in London.
These tables are crafted from black powder-coated steel, making them profoundly hardwearing, fade resistant and waterproof. Standing on four legs which splay out at a slight angle, both have a soft yet industrial appearance.

Born and raised in the furniture making town of High Wycombe, Robin Day (1915-2010) grew up surrounded by timber yards and cabinetmaking workshops. Robin and his wife Lucienne Day (textile designer and artist) are often compared with their American contemporaries, Charles and Ray Eames.
