Reading Chair by Finn Juhl

In 1953, Finn Juhl designed this simple, unpretentious, yet thoroughly well-designed and visually pleasing chair. It is designed to be equally comfortable whether you choose to sit facing the front or the back. 
Defined by beautiful subtle details, such as rounded back and seat shells, a curved horizontal top piece that sits just above the back, and an embracing, supportive frame, the chair is as comfortable as it is stylish.

The Reading Chair has been expertly crafted to form a sturdy, organic design that can adapt and grow with an interior space over time. It is available with or without an upholstered seat.

Frame: Oak with back and top piece in walnut, or all in walnut
Seat: veneered timber to match or upholstered.
